Our role, working with the greater FDBK capital team has seen us lead on projects from feasibility through to completion. This 3 year framework agreement is flexible in terms of our requirements based on the capital funding for the site within each financial year.

The framework includes multiple projects ranging in value from £250k to £14m with services from ourselves including –

• Supporting development of User Requirement Brief
• Lead the team through design stages RIBA 1-3 including Client stage gate approvals and acceptance of design
• Concurrent local authority approvals support
• Acting as Construction Manager at detailed design phase
• Engagement of supply chain on behalf of the client and make
• Purchase order requests
• Management of Supply Chain in accordance with CDM
• Be appointed as Principal Contractor on behalf of the client
