Client – Double Eleven Location – Boho Zone, Middlesbrough Length of Project – 52 Weeks Value – Commercially Confidential Our Role – Client Representative & Project Management This is a project that will bring new life to the area, along with hundreds of jobs, and we took on this commercial project as it was of interest to us being so local to our home base as a company. Acting as client Project Manager for the fit out of a 60,000 square foot modern office headquarters for a global gaming company. The project involves around 30% social space and modern software office space for around 500 staff. The building is due for practical completion by December 2023 with Cat B fit out taking place January to March 2023. Working on a commercial build, in our local area, is a fantastic opportunity for our company to demonstrate their efficiency, drive, and power to complete a modern and diverse build. Pharmaceutical developments are our priority focus, but when we have the resources, team, and time to complete such a beautiful project, we do it. Client – Piramal Pharma Limited Location – Morpeth, Northeast England Length of Project – 21 Weeks Value – Not Disclosed Our Role – Construction Management Pharmaceutical development is where our talents lie. This particular project was working on an existing pharmaceutical facility in order to improve their current installation. Working on site, whilethe facility is still up and running comes with its due challenges and require rapid response to anyand all risks involved.The project for us included the refurbishment and construction of GMP and plant space for theinstallation of a ViiV dryer. The installation of a new filter dryers and pack off booth was undertakenon a live pharmaceutical facility.It was a challenging project for the team, particularly with logistics, as the majority of the installationwas to come through a section of external cladding on the first floor while the remainder of thefacility was to remain live for the majority of the construction.To provide the services to the dryer, planning was key, to tie in with shutdown periods in order toensure there were zero business interruptions within production. This falls inline with the Wadecommitment to accelerate the distribution of medicine and pharmaceuticals.Wade CM ensured that all QA was available for signing off in line with IQ/OQ operations. Asuccessful project aligned to the clients’ goals. Strength is unity – and to use, this meant efficient andin detail communication between us and the Client to facilitate successful installation on this project.
Location of project - Kuala Lumpur Length of project - 12 weeks Value Commercially - Confidential Our Role - Client Representative/ Project Manager Acting as client Project Manager for the fit out of a 12,432 square foot modern office for a global gaming company. The project involves around 30% social space and modern software office space for around 116 staff. The works were undertaken between December 2021 to February 2022 and were completed within the time and 1% over budget. The project was completed to an extremely high standard and was officially opened at an event in March 2022.
