Wade Construction Management Consultants are currently looking to hire a new Operations Director to facilitate their exponential growth in the pharmaceutical industry. Going from strength to strength, Wade CMC has already made their mark in the industry and are looking for someone ready to take the reins and provide leadership, coordination, and overall management of multiple UK based sites while remaining in line with our company mission and the clients' directives.

Excellent communication to grow Client relationships are key to this role. The perfect candidate will merge effortlessly into our Wade CMC team and be able to create mutually beneficial relationships with the client per project.

Job Description

Simply - Running the daily operations across all sites nationally by creating effective reporting procedures with each team.

Currently, we have sites spanning from Scotland down to London. The ideal candidate will regularly travel to site(s) from their home base (near office) in Stockton-on-Tees. This will be both mentally and physically demanding and requires careful consideration.

The candidate should ideally come from an Operations Management background, with a sound construction experience, have previously worked in the pharma industry and held a similar responsible position for projects of values in excess of £10 m.

The successful candidate will be shadowing/working alongside the CEO for approx. one month to be introduced to the team(s), learn how we work, and learn from the founder how we act on our mission statements daily, both in site and in the offices.

As the role will involve extensive communication and partnership between the candidate and CEO, we are also looking for a personality fit within the company as a whole, and with individuals to be liaised with daily.

For the right candidate we would consider making this role a permanent position considering our projected workload, in the long term.
